Allyson Felix, born on November 18th, 1985 was an American track and field athlete that represents the U.S. in dozens of sporting events including the Olympics, World Championships, World Indoor Championships, and the Diamond League. Her track and field career has seen her take home 21 gold medals as well as 6 silver and three bronze medals. Felix is a specialist in sprints and began to train she was in the ninth grade. The sprinter Allyson Michelle Felix is one of the most decorated track and field athletes. Allyson Michelle Felix was born Los Angeles on November 18, 1985. Paul Felix is an ordained minister in Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works at Balboa Magnet elementary School. Felix displayed a knack for sport early in her life, and was able to discover her ability to sprint when she attended the Los Angeles Baptist High School. Only 10 weeks after her initial tryout and she finished in 2nd place in the 200 meters in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship.
